Neighborhood Plumbing was started in 2010 by owner Anthony Balu, a long time plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service technician of the Hudson Valley, and a local New Windsor resident. After over 15 years of loyal service with other service companies he decided to branch out on his own, and founded Neighborhood Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.
We're licensed in the City of Newburgh (license #108), along with reciprocations in Beacon and Poughkeepsie.
