Items never received from an online order placed. Very disappointed in the customer service. They are very diligent with posting on their social media sites however.

Nice store and nice lady but the store and site both lacks equal/quality gear for all D9 members. If youre not a K,Delta,Alpha,Doggy, or Kappa then you might as well shop with the Daytona greek store. No shade just have observed for multiple years and have seen little to no improvement.

Searched everywhere online for an AKA blanket and was skeptical with other websites because of the reviews and no way to phone the company. Came across Betty's website and found a blanket that I love. Called and actually reached someone at the store. I ordered the blanket and received it in two days! I'm very impressed with the quality of the blanket (same as pictured on their website) and the customer service. Highly recommend this company.

Even if you go into just window shop you will find something you love and great conversation from the sister Greeks, mother and daughter duo, who own the store.
