Horribly rude woman for no reason. This is our home town and will be sure to spread the word to avoid. You dont treat people that way for asking questions about weekly rates etc.$47 a night plus tax even including good Sam is not the best deal anyway

Stopped by to visit a friend staying in the park while she's traveling. Nice clean park located in secluded area with local wildlife roaming free. Loved seeing the deer with their babies.

Had a really easy time finding my apartment. The communication was great and made me feel very welcome. Especially Evelyn Soto, she did a fantastic job with giving me a tour and follow ups. The pricing is great as well as the amenities that come with it. The location is great also, being from out of town this was very comfortable and a no brainer!

We have already been here almost 2 weeks. We evacuated from our home last week due to wildfire warnings. Patty went above and beyond to get us settled into a monthly space. We love it. Clean. Lots of shade trees, grass, pool, dog area and super friendly people. We will tell our friends who haven't even yet to come here. So quiet....the freeway somehow isn't loud enough to bother us. We are very close to Redding so shopping is,also easy. I love walking around the hillside roads at nite and early morning. Very safe here.

We made a reservation after reviewing their sites and put a deposit on a designated site that was coming available. They changed the site on us to one that didnt work for us and refused to return our deposit. Not a good business practice.

This looked like a wonderful park to stay at but when I called to try to get in for a long term spot Bridgette told me they are a two people maximum RV park and we have a 1 y/o so we couldn't stay there. Thought it was odd seeing as other reviews people have their children with them.
