Services
Myofascial Release Therapy
Myofascial Release Therapy targets fascial restrictions to alleviate chronic pain and improve mobility. This hands-on technique uses sustained pressure to release tension in connective tissues, addressing conditions like fibromyalgia, back pain, and postural imbalances. Patients learn self-treatment strategies for long-term relief.
Craniosacral Therapy for Infants
Craniosacral Therapy for Infants addresses birth-related trauma, tongue ties, and developmental delays. Gentle manual techniques release fascial tension in the skull, spine, and diaphragm, improving breastfeeding efficiency and motor development. Sessions include parental education for home care.
Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy
Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy corrects oral posture and breathing patterns. Customized exercises treat tongue ties, sleep-disordered breathing, and jaw pain, often in conjunction with dental or orthodontic care. Techniques enhance pre- and post-operative recovery for oral procedures.
MFR Yoga and Qi Gong
MFR Yoga and Qi Gong classes teach self-treatment using tools like foam rollers and balls. These practices reduce stress, improve alignment, and maintain fascial health through guided movement and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual needs.
Pediatric Physical Therapy
Pediatric Physical Therapy addresses developmental delays and musculoskeletal conditions in children. Specialized interventions for cerebral palsy, autism, and torticollis combine manual therapy with play-based activities to enhance motor skills and functional independence.

Jul 26, 2020 Report
I had terrible shoulder pain and a flared rib for years which no amount of exercise or yoga seemed to help. I'm so glad I found Sheri because after a few sessions I was finally able to do normal things like walking, laundry, and cleaning without my shoulder aching in pain. If you want a physical therapist who knows her stuff and will make sure you get better then you need to make an appointment with Sheri.

Sherri has given my life back to me. After numerous doctors, therapists, and procedures, she helped me to walk and live with minimal pain compared to the excruciating pain in which I was living.
