I am very satisfied with the service that I received from ICare Dentistry. Dr. Truong and his staff were helpful, friendly, and pleasant. They took their time to explain to me my treatment plan and my out of pocket cost. The Hygienist (Janice) was very thorough and she took her time cleaning my teeth. My family and I are now under their care.

I had a bad experience while visiting this office. I was given an estimate prior to treatment, then they billed me for a higher amount because I was seen by the on call dentist who was out of network on my insurance. I was not made aware of it until I received the statement from my insurance. The front desk lady is unprofessional, when she called to confirm appointment, she didn't provide her name. One time she called to make changes on my booked appointment because the dentist didn't want to stay working late. The office ambience is pleasant, that's about it.

I care Dentistry is the best. I truly feel taken care of and I get the best care for myself and my family. The staff is always so pleasant and kind. I used to hate going to the dentist but now I look forward to it. I recommend them to anyone looking for a nice comfortable and professional place to get braces or routine teeth care.

I have 4 little boys and I decided to take them here because of the location. We have loved it! The employees are nice and kind, the office space is clean, and they get you in and out quickly. It is also connected to an orthodontist which is great as well.

Our son has been a patient here for several years and he actually likes coming here. They offer very convenient appointment time and the staff are very friendly. The decorations are definitely catering to the kids and adults who like the ocean theme. They have all the amenities to make waiting for him more comfortable and play areas for siblings as well.
