Luxurious and modern architecture. Beautiful views and amazing amenities. The personnel always has a smile on their face which may seem like a small gesture, but it goes a long way! The views in my unit are spectacular and the finishes in the kitchen and bathroom are top notch. If you’re considering moving here I recommend it fully. They’re also very pet friendly and our dog has made very good friends with other dogs as well. I give them five stars across the board.

The Crimson is a handsome residential building in a very quiet street in Edgewater. I could walk all over the place, but still enjoy a moment of calm and solitude because it is located on a dead-end street that ends on the Intracoastal. Views are terrific. I used my bicycle to go all over the place: there is a Publix supermarket and a Wallgreen’s a few blocks away, lots of bars and restaurants, and I could ride my bicycle or walk to Midtown and Wynwood, which is a big plus. The building is very well kept, always smells fresh with nice odors all around. The other residents are very nice people

This place is not where you want to live. Staff are beyond rude and act like they hate their jobs. Management ignores any problems that arise. I was staying in the PH for 4 months. There were many things in the unit that did not work such as the doorbell, lock and shower. I had signed a lease and was going to live there In another unit however The crimson made it impossible to move forward with my application for no reason given. They are very unprofessional and all residents that I have come across feel the same way. I found a new building with amazing and friendly staff who welcomed me right

I lived at the crimson for over two years in the PH. Management is horrible. I had mold underneath my floors for over a year. During the duration of my lease they made zero repairs but would enter my unit to just “look” at the damage. They wouldn’t even fix my doorbell! The contractors who built this building cut corners and were cheap. I had a leaky shower for over 4 months. Amenities are 5 out of 10. No valet. Application process is annoying and tedious. The staff is not welcoming nor inviting. Security is a joke. Tanzania is a tyrant. Now construction of a new building will be right in

I bought a unit at The Crimson last year and I am very satisfied with my purchase. It is a dream come true. This is the first time I am a homeowner and I was a bit worried that it will be a hassle owning instead of renting. That was not the case. The property management team makes my life very simple. They are organized, communicate things in a simple and professional way, and the maintenance of the common areas is pristine. I work from home, so one of my favorite amenities is the business center, where I can hold business meetings with privacy and in a professional way. I can accommodate 10-12

I am living at The Crimson since 2016. It has the perfect size of a boutique building, which is the type of building i like to live in. I do not like these huge monster towers with 300 units, where you need to fight for a bicycle at the gym with so many other residents. I go every morning to the fitness center with my Ipad for a 45', and it is the best time on my whole day. I read the news, answer some emails and enjoy the exercise while watching directly to the Bay. I spotted some manatees and sting rays some days!
