Spotlight Dance Academy

The Studio offers three different sessions: Full Year Session-36 weeks, 6 Week Session offered in October, January, and April, and a full and diverse Summer Program offered June-August. Please contact the office at SDA for details on enrolling at any point in time. We have always had a very high proportion of boys and it's not uncommon to have one or two or more in any class.

Ages 2-3 Dance Medley- A 2 day dance experience, with an introduction to our studio culture. Ages 3-9: Our themed classes are perfect for your dancer ages 3-9! A great introduction to a classroom setting, dancers will explore their space with music and dancing to coordinate with the weekly theme. The SDA Staff will instruct the class on following directions, taking turns, and basic dance moves.

Creative movement classes for little dancers ages 2-3. These classes are USUALLY included in our 6 week sessions- October, January and April Sessions. We create an amazing experience for our littlest dancer's. Music, movement, balance and basic dance steps are introduced in a fun, friendly and positive manner.

Children's Program ages 3-8 Our 36 week full season dance classes are developed for specific age groups and designed with social and development purposes in mind. Our high-energy class will expose the children to the joy of movement and music, while helping them develop basic motor skills, muscle strength, coordination and flexibility.

Competition is part of what we do, not all that we are. Although we seek to create exemplary dancers, most importantly we aim to mold exceptional individuals whom are self-disciplined, self-motivated, hardworking, honest individuals. Lifelong friendships are formed within our Pre-Professional level dancers.
