I had never been to a chiropractor before but I was really trying to find a permanent solution to the bad posture that had affected me for over 10 years. I'd tried massage and yoga which brought relief but didn't permanently correct my posture. To top it all off, I am pregnant. So his approach to correct my posture was to do weekly alignments for 6 weeks while I do daily physical therapy type exercises at home. As someone with no chiropractic background and only 2 sessions in, I actually do notice a difference and a change. Also, I don't know if this is entirely related, but somehow

Our journey with Dr. Ullman started in the fall of 2017 when my son had injured 3 discs in his lower back. Dr. Ullman was so knowledgeable and with his help, my son was able to get back on the baseball field for his senior year of varsity baseball. Since then, we have continued seeing Dr. Ullman and when my son recently tweaked his back again, Dr. Ullman helped him recover quickly. I also see Dr. Ullman for my back issues. Very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Best in the business.

Dr.Ullman was so kind and efficient! He managed to squeeze me in last minute when I hurt my lower back a few weeks ago. I really appreciated that! After a couple more visits, Im back to normal. He taught me how to stretch and strengthen my core to avoid this problem again. Hes my go-to chiropractor!
