Courtney Bagayoko MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist in Anchorage, Alaska. She has lived in Anchorage for 2 years. She is the founder and owner of Anchorage Dermatology & Cosmetics, LLC. She completed medical school at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed her dermatology training at Wake Forest Baptist Health.

Actinic keratosis is a skin disorder where crusty, rough patches appear on the skin due to years of sun exposure, which can also be the first presentation of skin cancer. Actinic keratosis mostly presents in patients over the age of 40, but can also occur in younger patients who live in a sunny environment year round.
