As a graduate of Brown University's medical school in Providence, Rhode Island, this married father of four completed both his internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. Among his many academic recognitions, Dr. Taba served as chief resident of orthopedic surgery.
