The Kowalski Funeral Home was established at its current location at 515 Roselle Street, Linden, New Jersey, by John E. Kowalski Jr. during the 1950's. He believed in old fashioned ideas, like Service, Commitment, Caring, Tradition and Faith. In 1980 he was joined in his pursuit of excellence in these areas, by his daughter, Teresa V. Kowalski, Executive Director.
I realize that my strength comes from our family and I know that the same is true for you. It was through my father that I was taught the values of family and tradition. As a result, I've steadily built my reputation on my genuine concern for the families I serve. I want you to know that I am here to help you.

A funeral is a time for family and friends to pay tribute to the life of a person, who even in death, still touches their lives. It is a time to laugh, to cry, to grieve even as we share memories of days gone by and to marvel at the influence that this loved one had on our emotions, our thoughts and even our actions.
