I am very disappointed with the service I received at The Nail Shop. My first visit was on 11/5 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. After 2 days some of the polish began to chip. I returned on 11/9 and a technician removed the polish from the nails that were chipped and reapplied it; there were about 5 nails total. After about a week polish on 3 nails had chipped half way. On 11/19 I made an appointment to have the polish removed. When I came in on 11/20 the polish was removed, I had nothing reapplied. I tipped the technician and on my way out the staff person in charge was trying to charge

I received a full Acrylic set on 10/8 and as of 10/15 SIX nails have popped off and the natural nail underneath looks as if it was never even attached. I do not do strenuous work with my hands. It seems like the acrylic nail was a mostly glued tip. I have never spent so much on an acrylic set with a basic design and have also never had any nails (let alone 6) pop off in less than a week. Terrible.

Everyone is super nice here and they will fix issues for free... But there are too many issues with chipped polish even just one day later. I don't have time to keep going back to get nails fixed.

This was by far the best manicure and pedicure I have had in a very long time. Technicians I have had recently have been mediocre and do the bare bones. Esther was amazing. I will definitely be back.
