130 is maximum in the Ballroom for a sit down meal. For larger Weddings we can open that up to our attached 40' x 60' Tent Covered Patio area. We can then seat about 300 people. No alcohol can legally be brought in or out of the The YARD at any time. All alcohol has to be served by a licenced vendor which we supply, and consumed in our designated area.

The Guest House is most commonly used for the Girls and Moms the night before to have there bonding time together, and maybe Yoga on the river bank in the morning. Craft tables can be set up in the Rec-Room if you wish to make your own floral bouquets. The YARD has recently acquired, and is pleased to show off our latest way to fulfill your dreams.

We can accommodate 300 guests. Our Great prices are by the Day for whatever your guest count is or however your event is structured; ceremony only, reception only, both, open house, etc. Then Wine and Dine in our beautifully Lit Tent covered Courtyard surrounded by rock flower gardens. 2,400 sq ft.
