A Floyd County native with 15+ years of pharmacy experience, Portia earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from The University of Incarnate Word in 2014. She has specialized training in compounding, immunizations, and medication therapy management. Prior to opening Pharm House, she managed Texas pharmacies while maintaining Virginia licensure.

We provide CDC-recommended vaccines for all ages including flu, shingles, pneumonia, hepatitis, RSV, and COVID-19. Our pharmacists maintain current immunization certifications.
How can I transfer prescriptions to The Pharm House?
Transfer prescriptions by completing our online form, calling us at (540) 745-3333, or bringing your medication bottles to our Floyd location.
Do you offer medication compounding services?

What are your delivery service requirements?
Delivery requires full payment in advance, one delivery attempt per week, and patient availability at delivery time unless pre-approved. Same-day delivery is available for emergencies.

When my daughter's TIME SENSITIVE prescription was sent to them by accident they sat on it and did nothing!! They didn't fill the prescription because they did not have the correct insurance, but did not try to contact us or the doctor's office that sent it. I don't call that good customer service!

Excellent place for a quick meal (breakfast/lunch) in Floyd! They are open 7 AM - 1 PM for breakfast and their food is delicious, fast and inexpensive. If you haven't made it over to The Pharm House for breakfast, you need to do so!

Stopped here to eat breakfast. Was greeted by a very knowledgeable young lady employee from the Pharmacy. She was very helpful with request for information about breakfast. She provided me with a menu to order from. I called in my order and within 10 minutes, I had a delicious meal. Sausage gravy biscuit, eggs, bacon, fried potatoes. Food was delicious, hot and well flavored. Great place to eat. Will stop in again.

Stopped in this morning while on a road trip looking for something from a bad burn from the grill last night. Everyone was very friendly (smiling faces everywhere) and the pharmacist came out to show me what I needed and how to take care of my burn. Since we were traveling, she even gave me two bandages to hold me over until we got home! Fabulous place and even better customer service!

The pharmacist and staff went above and beyond out of their way to help me. I had to travel for a new job, I was new in town and the pharmacist went out of her way to make sure I got my script before my flight. The staff was all smiles and very kind to me even though I was rushed and a bit disorganized. I cant speak highly enough of the consideration and great attitude of this staff. They deserve 6stars.
