Dr. Stompro continued his surgical training in General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Cheng was raised in the Bay Area, did his undergraduate training at the University of California, Davis. Using his Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Science he conducted ground breaking recombinant DNA research at the renowned Genetech, Inc.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, he earned recognition as a scholar-athlete and All American quarterback prior to graduating from high school. Dr. Stompro completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis and competed in varsity football while graduating with top honors.
