The Tahoe House Hotel has been lovingly restored to its original 19th century splendor. Built in 1859, in the heart of bustling Virginia City, the Hotel served as an oasis for visitors-including a young Samuel Clemens before he became Mark Twain. The hotel features 14 updated guest rooms, a private cottage (Carriage House) and the historic Lobby Bar/Great Room where you can visit with people from all corners of the world.
