Why do so many people skip their annual eye exam? We believe it's because they don't know what to expect. For this reason, we feel it's important to outline the process so you can feel comfortable knowing there's nothing to worry about. Upon your arrival, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our practice.
Gift Certificates
Report
Certificate is good for $99 worth of services in our office. Complete Eye health exam including dilation, retinal photos and a prescription for glasses. Not an exam for contact lenses. The gift certificate can either be applied to your own account or forwarded to another individual. If needed, it can be applied to several accounts or carried over to future visits.
