Dean Holland founded Intrust Healthcare in 1995 after 25+ years in hospital administration. He transitioned the company from respiratory therapy to behavioral health services, growing it into Kentucky's leading community-based mental health provider.
Kelly Lloyd
Executive Vice-President
Kelly Lloyd joined Intrust in 1999 as its first employee and now serves as Executive Vice-President. With extensive operational experience, she oversees service expansion and client relations across Kentucky's rural communities.

Great place for chid counseling. My daughter wanted someone to talk to after her father and I separated. The therapist was always available for phone calls, sessions or just to check in. My daughter no longer sees a therapist but the therapist still calls or texts to check on my child. Im very grateful for the therapists at Intrust Healthcare.

If youre looking for a place that feels like talking to a friend with the best advice and counseling, InTrust really is the best of the best! Ive had counseling in several states and at several places in Kentucky and this is by far my favorite one. There is ZERO judgement and they truly care about helping their patients and the best part is, I talk to my therapist on the PHONE every week. I will never go to any other place for counseling!
