Illness and Emergencies
Report
Certainly this list is not all inclusive! If you suspect your pet is ill or has a medical concern, we encourage you to have the doctor's at Oconee Veterinary Hospital check your pet out instead of waiting it out to see if it will get better. Waiting can cost your pet valuable time to diagnose and potentially correct whatever medical issue it is experiencing.
Exotic Pets
Report
Exotic pets require special needs both at home and at the veterinary hospital. Oconee Veterinary Hospital cares for patients running the gambit from "pocket pets" to reptiles. We are equipped to offer treatment for a variety of exotics' conditions, and can offer advice on proper conditions for their home environment.
Boarding
Report
If you are heading out of town or just need a place for your pet to stay for day, we can take care of that! We have separate dog and cat boarding facilities. Cats stay in an individual cage and dogs have the option of indoor cages or our large, indoor/outdoor climate controlled runs. All dogs are able to reserve an indoor/outdoor run, but only smaller dogs are allowed to stay in the inside cages.
