LouAnne is a veteran of Income Tax preparation with more than three decades of experience. Her career began in 1984 preparing taxes for Alderson Tax. In 1993 she opened LA Tax in Wichita's Delano District and rapidly grew her business, preparing over 1,200 individual tax returns annually. In 2011, LA Tax was re-branded into Phelps Tax and Financial Services, Inc.
