I let a racket to string it . i called first to check store hours . it was a record saying that they were open until eight. i got there 5 05 the store was closed at 5. i talked to the guy , who knew me, and he didn't want to open the door so i could get my racket. i asked him if i would have to drive back next day about a 1 hour , he said yes and even said he was sorry. Bad customer service . Today i got the racket and they still being rude with me .

Went in to get my 3 rackets grips changed and overripe. I asked if they could have it done in 2 days and they told me they could do it right now.

Great customer service - shout out to Carolina especially. I had initially been told that a particular type of tennis ball was out of stock. I was in the process of buying another (more expensive) kind when Carolina, who was helping another customer but who overheard my question, took the initiative to go in the back to look, and then emerged with the tennis balls I wanted. Bought 15 cans! Thanks Carolina!

I send my novice level tennis students here to get there starter kits for shoes, racquets and apparel. Still thriving even during Covid. Great selection for the complete tennis player. Maybe they will expand to Palm Beach? #delraybeach

Personnel was courteous and savvy about re-stringing my tennis racquet. She just made sure I was getting what I was looking for in terms of brand and tension. Masks and social distance are observed in this well equipped store
