Established in May 1998, Airframe Component Repair is a veteran-owned small business specializing in full-scale sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing. Originally rooted in aviation repair, particularly flight control surfaces, we transitioned to focus exclusively on sheet metal fabrication due to customer demand. Our 24,000-square-foot CNC machine shop in Savannah, Georgia, houses state-of-the-art equipment and a workforce with over 200 years of combined aerospace experience. We serve industries nationwide, offering precision-crafted components such as doublers, frames, brackets, and custom assemblies. Our capabilities include CATIA and CAD-CAM programming, a comprehensive blueprint library, and a dedicated paint facility for primer and finish coats.
