ABSOLUTE means the seller will sell their property to the highest bidder regardless of price. RESERVE means oncethe highest price has been established the seller will confirm or reject the bid.

When Massart Auctioneers auction house in Green Bay WI was founded in 1974, we purchased a dairy building that had been built in the early 40's. With some updating, constant care and remodeling we have managed to keep a little of its old charm.

Our facility in Green Bay is home to our real estate office as well as our online auction gallery, where we conduct weekly online auctions of estate, antiques, collectibles, household goods, coins, firearms, tools, equipment & other personal property.Not only do we conduct estate auctions and other liquidation's at this site, but we also sell consignment items.
