Treatment sessions are actual time - a one-hour massage is truly 60 minutes of hands-on time. Your credit card will not be charged prior to your service, but we do have a strict 24 hour change/cancel policy.

Q: What are the check-in procedures? A: Please go to the front desk to check-in to receive your room keys and parking tag. You will be asked for your photo ID, and the credit you used to book to authorize for incidentals during your stay. This is also the time the agents will take care of any outstanding balances on your account.
