Had a charter booked on 10/9/21 w/ family coming down from all over. Supposed to leave the dock at 6:30 am but received a voicemail the morning of from Cpt Brad to push it back to 7:00 amhaving electrical issues and needed to replace a battery. 7:00 then turns into 7:30..then 8:00, then 8:30still having boat issues. They finally decided to call off the trip but took so long letting us know we couldnt find another boat anywhere on the island. Was hoping they would have actually offered to help find another boat or offer a discount for a future tripnada. Wasted everyones time and money

Dom will work for fish but be prepared for a captain who chain smokes, berates his guests and everybody thats within a half a mile of following him around and willing to embarrass himself and those hes with by screaming and swearing at any boat with an ear shot. Theres lots of other qualified captains that value your business and can put you on fish.

We had a blast with Captain Doorman. We wanted to catch some good fish and he put me on the biggest AJ I will probably ever catch. We ended up with 3 solid AJs.

Wife booked us a Luxury Deep Sea Fishing trip on The Gambler with Coastal Charters. We had an AWESOME time with Captain Tegan and Preston, they were both great. They had us on red snapper and kingfish in no time. Tegan and Preston were there to help with needed and instructed on what to do if we were having trouble while reeling in our lines. If not for the sharks eating some of what we reeled in, we would have limited out. Thank you so much for the experience, will definitely be back!
