Dr. Tiwana is great and I absolutely love having her as my PCP. My only issue is that the newer office staff don't always answer the phone. But, since they offer online scheduling it takes a lot of the frustration out of it as I can easily go through MyHealthOnline.

This place is a joke. I do not recommend this place at all. The doctors don't care about you. They don't read your chart at all. The medical assistants are the worst ones. The office manger Christine does not care about anything you have to say. They talk about bad about you, never believing anything you say. They lie about everything pretending they want to help you. Change your provider if you get the chance too.

Poor poo treatment of thier patients , they act as if they are doing you a favor the Dr. Is slow to respond and that attitude trickles down to the staff, I'm going back to Kaiser , blue shield needs to a audit of this place.

When you select a primary care physician it is a shot in the dark. When you repeatedly call, as well as leave messages, to set up an appointment and hear nothing back. Not only is the staff awful but it leaves a bad taste for Dr. Panesar as well.

My wife and I had Sutter Health and we lost our doctor because he went to another medical agency. We decided to search around and found Apollo Health which was affiliated with Sutterhealth. I was scheduled by another doctor to have cataract surgery on my left eye and was required to have an EKG. I scheduled an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early which is required as a Sutter Health patient. When I arrived, I found the front door locked. I rattled the door and the front receptionist came out and started yelling at me. You're 15 minutes early!!! With my luck the receptionist was the one

I paid $1000 for my mom to see an immigration doctor and to get all of her shots at Apollo. They were supposed to fill out an immigration form and call me to pick it up when they were done. I went there a couple times after work and no one was there to open the door no matter how much I knock on the door or call them. This was during the covid shut down. When everything open back up I went to pick up the paper work and they told me it expired and we would have to pay to start all over again. Stay far away from this place! Bad customer service and a big ripoff!
