The business was founded on the principle of each body is different and everybody should be treated individually. Time and care is taken for each client to be heard and receive a massage that will enable them to reach their treatment goals. In 2009 Stacy began this business in a shared office suite on South Broad Street in Kennett Square.
After gaining experience over 3 years, she decided it was time to expand her business and move to a more prominent location in town. In 2012, she chose to expand to the Madonna 500 building located at 500 West State Street in Kennett Square. This building was built by her late grandfather, Daniel P. Madonna, II and housed the family dry cleaning plant, Madonna Custom Cleaners.

Nicki started working in the salon industry when she was 15 years old as a receptionist and stylist assistant.
