We completed this concrete spall repair and waterproof coating job in early 1997 using our own scaffold equipment. Notice the complicated geometry of the cast concrete eyebrows, over four thousand gallons of Sika primer and coating was applied. The high quality Elastomeric Coating used has far surpassed the ten year warranty period by more than ten years showing no failure at all.
