I have been working for RJ for about 5-6 months now and all I can say is I made the right choice. Not only do you get to make your own schedule and pick which facilitys youd like to try, but the communication and respect is mutual and actually exists. Noelle has been the most understanding and caring boss I have ever had. This company actually cares for their employees. I would 10/10 recommend healthcare workers to work through this agency.

This company has been an absolute godsend. They have allowed me to bring my mother home to her own surroundings and reduced my stress levels when I'm at work knowing she is in good hands.
