Loved living here! I moved in the first week they opened. I had been on the wait list for months. It was well worth the wait. Management was always great and theres a real sense of community. Lots of activities and fun things to do for each holiday. If they had sold the apartment instead of renting I would have bought one. I ended up moving and have never missed an apartment so much. Months later were still in touch.

New apartment complex. The streets are quite narrow and street parking is non existent. Guest parking can be a small walk depending on the address. Great facilities for occupants with families. Pool, play ground, spa, clubhouse all neat and clean

I was lucky enough to get a spot at WMV for the duration of a temporary work assignment in the area. By the end of my assignment I was reluctant to leave! The unit was outstanding and very well laid out with plenty of open space and very nice appliances (rented through WMV). The community felt very safe and secure. Location is convenient to I-15 and plenty of grocery and retail options. Despite all this, it still feels like its own small town within Hesperia. The pool area and clubhouse were well maintained and a great spot to relax. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive

I lived at West Main Villas for almost 2 years and would have continued to do so if I had not needed to be closer to work. The complex was great and the management team was outstanding. If I ever relocate back to the area I will be sure to look them up for my living accommodations.

My husband and I lived at West Main Villas for a little over a year, and recently moved out because we bought our first home closer to work. West Main was the first place we lived together after we got married and we absolutely loved it. Leticia, Brooke, Mark, Diego and the rest of the west main team did a great job of keeping the place clean and secure. They also keep an excellent line of communication between themselves and their tenants regarding any issues that we needed to be aware of. This was an excellent first home for us!

I am absolutely happy living here! We feel safe as a family. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The kids play in the street with each other all day (finally off of their tablets). Mrs Leticia and her team were meant to run this property. They are so good at what they do. Its like a different world when you cross the gates. I recommend these to everyone. Like my 7 yr old said I dont think Ive felt more like home than I do now mom.
