Beautiful complex right on the boardwalk @ surfers point...my favorite place to walk every week; kite sailors every afternoon FREE ENTERTAINMENT!

Needed to wait for someone to leave to park but not too long. Walked along the boardwalk adjacent to the beach - absolutely beautiful. However, too many people for me during these days. Didn't stay long because of that. No restrooms to speak of except at the pier.

Would you like the positive or the negative first...I'm a positive guy so here we go. Great location, right by the Ventura Pier and off Harbor Blvd. Wonderful apartment mates, very friendly and always a hello as you walk the grounds of the apartment complex. Beautiful grounds, well maintained. Every Tuesday morning large lawn was mowed and trees trimmed. Pool was nice, a bit small but water was warm and not used much during the week. Close enough the Downtown Ventura that its a 10 min walk to Main Street, lots of restaurants and of course Tony's Pizza is a 5 min walk. Lots of Dogs

I read the reviews previously posted and was a bit confused by some of the people's comments. Management is competent and maintenance is very responsive. Hey, this apartment complex was built in 1972 and you can expect repairs. And, you are living by the beach, so you can expect some noise. Overall, the units are well maintained, management is (now) responsive, and maintenance is fairly prompt. Location is great (that's what you're paying for). Views are fantastic, and quite frankly, I love being next to all of the events without having to drive to the events. Again, that's
