Critical:Professionalism
Called for a quote and person on the other side got smart. I didn't even get to request a quote, I just hung up. He must have had a bad day.

Miguel was very professional and knowlegable. The entire order and install process was extremely easy. He replaced the windshield to my Lexus and it looks great!! Prices were great and the work was completed on time while I waited in their lobby. Thank you so much and I would definately refer you to my friends.

Highly Recommended! I don't really write reviews unless the service exceeds my expectations. This is our second time here for window tinting. My husband and I were so pleased with the service and quality, plus great customer service! Miguel ( Mike ) is so professional and knowledgeable, he answers all our questions. Very honest guy, no hidden fees and easy to communicate. We made another appointment for windshield replacement --he gave us a fair price.

Miguel, is very easy to talk to and communicate with. You can tell he is a very hard worker. The work he did was very good. I only had one issue, in that he said he'd advise me when a part came in and I think he may have forgotten, since when I called about it he said he'd had it almost a week. Nothing major, just sharing all the info. Again, I say the work he did (tinting and window regulator replacement) was very good, and it's hard to find places that do both repairs and tinting.
