Poor job installing a 25 dollar piece of glass that was broken on my front door. Destroyed wood trim around window frame and claimed that it was not their responsibility. Labor charge 250.00 for this work and now I have to have all the trim replaced around the window. I do not recommend this company.

I hesitate to post this review for fear that it will cause unrealistic expectations: Circle Glass took my custom order and had it ready to go the SAME DAY. Spoke on the phone at 9am, was picking it up at 4pm. They were friendly, professional, and even disposed of my old broken glass panel for me. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be doing business here in the future :)
There is a mystery I haven't yet solved though: my new glass panel smells like wet dog. How can this be? Do they have wet dogs cutting sheets of glass in the back? Is that how they get the price so reasonable?
