Until the recent past, human beings lived according to the seasons. They ate food foraged, caught or grown locally, used their physical bodies to perform their work or household duties and they lived more simply, more connected to the people and environment where they dwelled. Yes, we live longer than our ancestors, thanks to modern medicine and conveniences, but at what cost to our overall well-being?

Curbside Acupuncture is a community service project born out of the new and uncertain times we are living through. It is an opportunity for community members to receive safe and affordable holistic health support from the safety and comfort of their own vehicle.

Curbside Acupuncture is a minimal contact, drive-up or drive-in service specifically for those experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, feelings of fear, grief, worry, and those seeking a better sense of well-being during this time of crisis.Five sterile acupuncture needles will be placed in participants' ears and retained for 30 minutes.

Stacey Small, L.Ac. is a California State Board licensed Acupuncturist and is also certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She earned a post-graduate degree at Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the most highly regarded schools of its kind.
