Founded in 1979 by LaVon Long, Long General Contracting is family owned and has deep roots in the Sandpoint community. LaVon and his two sons, Roy and Rick, began to build a reputation as being a trustworthy company that is devoted to constructing quality buildings befitting of the Long family name.
Since taking over the business in 2002, Roy has continued to cultivate and develop a strong company while strengthening community ties. Roy's sons, Travis and Jesse joined the family business, which brings new innovations and perspective to an already forward thinking and cutting-edge construction company.
