I just left j cole and i feel that i just had the worst retail experience EVER! The girls are the snobbiest workers I have ever came into contact with. They always have the weirdest cloths and no sizes over medium! I find myself disappointed every time i walk into there. I will not be returning to that disaster of a store.

I had a very positive experience shopping at J. Cole online. I wanted a particular pair of shoes but all of the stores near me (NYC) and online department stores were sold out. A quick Google search led me to J. Cole - which had the shoes in stock. I ordered them on Thursday afternoon and they arrived today (Saturday)! I'm very pleased with how quickly they shipped, and they arrived in pristine condition. I also liked that J. Cole used the Shop ordering platform, which made me feel more confident ordering from an unfamiliar company.
