Shoes purchased from the website are from our brick-and-mortar store's inventory. They have been tried on in the past but none of the shoes have actually been worn. We have concrete floors that can sometimes cause the bottoms of the shoes to become darkened, but this is due to how the shoes are made.
Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly return regularly priced merchandise that is post-marked within 10 days after merchandise is received for a full refund back to the original form of payment, or we can exchange the item. If we receive merchandise after 10 days but within 30 days, a store credit will be issued. We will not accept any returns after 30 days.
Shipping & Handling

Please note that there will be extra delivery fees for orders that must be reshipped, intercepted, or have address updates if the order has already been shipped to its original shipping destination. Customers will be notified of the cost before they are charged. J.Cole Shoes cannot ship orders to P.O.
