ADHD Evaluations
Our comprehensive ADHD evaluations for children and adults include clinical interviews, rating scales, and optional QB testing. We provide accurate diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans to address focus, impulsivity, and organizational challenges. Our evidence-based assessments help identify root causes of symptoms to guide effective interventions.
Art Therapy
Board-certified art therapists use creative expression to help clients process emotions and experiences that are difficult to verbalize. This nonverbal approach reduces stress and fosters healing through painting, drawing, and collage. Sessions are designed to build coping strategies and promote emotional growth for all skill levels.
Couples Counseling
We help couples strengthen relationships through improved communication and conflict resolution strategies. Our therapists address trust issues, infidelity recovery, and intimacy concerns while creating safe spaces for open dialogue. Sessions focus on building stronger connections and navigating life transitions together.
EMDR
Specialized EMDR therapy helps reprocess distressing memories to reduce emotional charge. This evidence-based approach treats PTSD, anxiety, and trauma by rewiring brain responses to traumatic events. Sessions last 60 minutes with treatment duration tailored to individual needs and complexity of experiences.
Psychiatry and Medication Management
Our psychiatric providers offer comprehensive evaluations and personalized medication management plans. We treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders through careful medication optimization. Collaborative care ensures clients feel informed and supported throughout their treatment journey, with coordination available for external providers.

I've been going here for many months now, mostly at the Cottman Ave location, and it has been great! My therapist Ally is wonderful! She has helped me tremendously with anxiety and depression. I'm a much better person now and my therapy session is my favorite hour of the week. They also take my insurance (BCBS) which is awesome and right now (covid) they are doing video sessions which is very convenient. 10/10 would recommend

My therapist was extremely unethical and talked about herself more than she listened to me. My advice to anyone going here is 1) research ethical and unethical therapy practices, so you won't waste your time and/or money with a bad therapist and 2) proceed with extreme caution
