I'm a Registered Dietitian specializing in pediatric and maternal nutrition. I am also a Mom, Wife, chocolate lover, world traveler (yes, even after having a kid!) and craft nut. I am determined, hard-working, and have the utmost compassion for changing others lives for the better. After becoming a Mom, I learned all the struggles and internal guilt that Mom's consistently have and the demand that is put upon them.
