Fabrication Specialties Inc. (FSI) was established in 1981. It was created as an offshoot of John J. Moroney & Co. to provide custom fabricated thermal-acoustical insulation and gasketing materials to the marketplace. Although we specialize in fabrication and product customization, we strive to make available a full range of consulting, distributing, and warehousing services.
We extend packaging, kitting, sub-assembling, and toll manufacturing service options, as well as competitive prices on full direct truckloads, or bulk items pulled from stock. Fiberglass

We carry and custom fabricate flexible, semi-rigid, and rigid fiberglass blankets and boards useful for OEM production, HVAC equipment, refrigeration products, ovens, and many other applications. Our suppliers include Johns Manville, Ottawa Fibre, and Owens Corning.

Ceramic Fiber

We fabricate and distribute a comprehensive selection ceramic fiber and alkaline earth silicate products from Thermal Ceramics, Fiberfrax, and Lytherm. Ceramic fiber products withstand extreme temperatures, and demonstrate an excellent ability to resist chemical attack. They are flexible, light-weight thermal and acoustical insulators with low thermal conductivities.
