Laser Shop

Since our inception, our niche in the marketplace has been the production of customer-designed parts. You envision it, and we make it. The Laser Shop began in a small Milwaukee shop with one laser and one press brake in 1996-we wish we had a picture to show you the tight parameters of the shop. In 1997, we relocated to Germantown, Wisconsin where a lot of progress was made through gradual employment, equipment, and process expansion.

Welders at The Laser Shop are certified by the American Welding Society. We are vastly experienced in custom metal fabrication, production welding, multipass welding, ornamental welding, and spot welding products both large and small, regardless of complexity. All types of weld joints in all positions on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum are common practice at The Laser Shop.

Sheet metal laser cutting allows fast, precise, and consistent cutting of nested shapes and blanks. We have 4 CO2 laser operating systems. The Laser Shop commonly cuts any grade of mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and many other materials, including wood and some proprietary materials. We are also capable of producing appearance sensitive parts.

Our Flow Dynamic WaterJet is used for cutting a vast spectrum of materials varying in thicknesses. Typically, it is used for cutting product requiring precision cut quality, thicker materials, and materials to be cut with no heat affected zone. Ask our Estimator about our ability to produce your product.

Our operators have been trained to produce highly accurate angles with our press brakes, rollers, and tube bender. Forming is a commonly requested service after the laser cutting process at The Laser Shop. Complex formed products can be made to specification with our six-axis back gage press brake.
