We called and they came out the very next day, very knowledgeable, very professional! They diagnosed the problem and then first thing in the morning the next day, had the part ready and the quote prepared for a very speedy repair! Thanks for the great service! Highly recommend!

Tried two times to contact them. One time via their website to request normal maintenance. 2nd time called and left a message. Once again requested normal maintenance and asked them to return call to set up appointment. Needless to say, there wont be a third attempt.

ProsperAir is the best and Tabitha is awesome - she has always been available when we've had HVAC emergencies. We appreciate her willingness to troubleshoot via video which allowed our issues to be resolved in even quicker time!

Y’all. The AC went out Sunday downstairs, we had Prosper Air come out and within 25 min and one part replaced, it was fixed! The bill was only $280. We went from thinking it was going to cost thousands (even under warranty) to this. Highly recommend, family owned and operated! (The capacitor was bad.)
