As the only lakefront marina in Old Forge, we offer over 80 dock slips for temporary and seasonal rental. Rivett's Marine proudly offers more than 80 slips for rent on the Fulton Chain of Lakes out of our Old Forge Marina. Our slips are available for short term or long term rental. Because our seasonal dock slips are in high demand and currently have a waiting list, we also offer a Valet In/Out Service where your boat is stored at our secured storage lot, launched when requested, and pulled out & covered when you're done.

I don’t like leaving a negative review on any small business. My husband and I are small business owners ourselves, but I feel like I need to speak out regarding this marina’s policy. We rented a pontoon boat in July this year. It was a torrential rain storm so we had to get a rain check. When you rent from them, you have to sign a waiver that states that if you have a rain check you have to use it in the same season. After receiving the rain check we got an automated email with the voucher information that also indicated that we had to use it within 365 days. This makes sense doesn’t it

They said they would help me with transportation so I could canoe the fulton chain of lakes. Then towards the trip starting the details started getting shakey. Maybe they would pick me up in the morning but if not they would be there at 6 pm. So I canceled, and they offered a 0$ refund. I was out 180$. Would definitely not recommend. Long time customer, will never go back

Good boat rental in Old Forge. Just be careful to note the condition of the boat and prop with photos. There was pre-existing damage on a housing, so just be careful bcs the boats get heavy use in the summer. The boat were well maintained, but cosmetic damage could be an issue. So be prudent. I'd rent again with that caveat.

My family got lucky! We showed up on a Saturday afternoon with no reservations and were able to rent a canoe for an hour. It is the one thing my oldest daughter and my husband wanted to do during our visit to the Adirondacks. They had so much out on the water even if it was just for a short time. Thank you to the staff for finding one more canoe for them to be able to make these memories!

This summer I needed two major repairs for each of my fishing boats. Rivett's has gone above and beyond. Their mechanic has made my 1992 and 1989 Johnson motors run and perform as new. I have used other marinas before but by far their service and expertise are second to none. Trust Rivetts for any repair you need, they will certainly meet your needs and leave you completely satisfied.

Great boats- Great Service- Great people!
After calling last minute, we were able to rent the Tritoon, which we had our hearts set on so the kids could tube while also accommodating our large family. This boat was so beautiful and pristine and challenged any doubt I ever had about renting a party barge vs. speed boat. The staff at Rivett's were so accommodating and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable! We will definitely be back for a boat next year and can't thank them enough for all that they did!!

Every visit to Old Forge requires a boat rental from Rivett's. I swear the last pontoon boat we used was BRAND new! Mike & his staff are helpful & amazing. Mike is always smiling & happy to see customers enjoy their day on the lakes. Make sure you toss a rock into the water for Hacker the dog before you leave ❤

Glad there are lots of positive reviews. Paid $30 to Launch and then was informed there is no parking. OK - No problem. Where can I park... I don’t know try the lot over by Pied piper... or somewhere in town. Had a heck of a time loading at the end of day tight ramp and I am new at this. Owner stood their and watched a customer struggle and offered zero assistance as he road his pink scooter around while his kids asked him to please wear a helmet and he refused. He set a hell of a example for his kids and staff. I will get better at backing up a trailer but unfortunately this clown will continue

Attention to problems. We've been customers for maybe 40 years and have purchased, maintained and stored several boats with Rivett's. We rented a pontoon boat this year to accommodate a group. On the first trip out to 1st Lake the motor failed. Rivett's sent a the mechanic, Romeo, out to our camp immediately and he made a repair at our dock. We… then tried a second trip and made it to 2nd Lake when the motor failed again. It would not operate above idle speed. Thanks to cell phones we notified the marina and Romeo was dispatched and met us in the middle of the lake where he completely replaced
