First Visit

During your first visit, Dr. Whitman and Dr. Hagedorn will ask you a variety of questions about your health history and discuss the information you've shared on the new patient intake form. Your answers and health history will help the doctors create an effective chiropractic care plan that can address the symptoms you are experiencing.
