Six months later, in April of 1998, its first By-Laws were established and later revised in 2003. Since 1929, historic DeLake School has been a center for education for the children of Lincoln City. LCCC continues this tradition for ALL ages, offering classes in art, dance, music, literature, and theater.

The LCCC is proud to be a host venue for the 2021 Siletz Bay Music Festival. This favorite Oregon Coast event will offer 10 days of beautiful music, including three free concerts open to the whole community. The Chessman Gallery is located inside the Lincoln City Cultural Center, 540 NE Hwy. 101. Designed by Scott-Edwards Architects, the gallery offers 570 square feet of white, clean display space. It features all of the antique charm of the former schoolhouse, with high ceilings and picture windows facing west.
