Beginning on 4/30/2021, City Council has passed Bill 21-0021 which states that all lease agreements signed for Baltimore City residential properties will be REQUIRED to have ATLEAST a 10 day late payment window. This means that rent will be consdiered late on the 11th day of the month and late fees cannot be charged until this time!
