I booked an appointment online to get my eyebrows waxed by Jade. Scheduling was super easy and lists the prices. At my appointment Jade was great. She offered pleasant conversation, friendly demeanor, clean work station, and she answered all my questions thoroughly. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows. Absolutely no complains. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back.

Today was my first visit to Julep and I will definitely be back. My boss was kind enough to get his admin staff a gift certificate for Julep or I probably wouldn't have ended up there. Robin was amazing, friendly, and thorough. I am a tuff nut to crack with lots to work on but 90 minutes later I feel human again. Thank you Robin

I love this place. I've had a few massages, facials and back facials in the last year. Robbin has a wonderful touch. Super friendly and listens to what I need. And she's super accommodating re: hours. She offered to see me once on a Sunday morning at 7 AM!

Julep Spa was interesting. I walk in and the place is super cute and cozy, which is great. Then the lady sits us down for our foot massages. We soaked in water for majority of the time. The two ladies were nice and friendly, but I would've liked to relax more. The worse part about it was the actually massages, I really wanted them to dig in to our feet and legs but instead it feel like they were just barely rubbing them. It was a good experience, but I definitely would NOT go back. The room was also very open and light, I would've like it to be darker....
