Beyond Elegance is a great rental company! I sent out a check to reserve my order and it never made it to them. They still fulfilled my order 3 days before my event and helped in every way possible. Their linen choice selection is vast, on top of their other rentals, table decorations, for weddings (or other events). I highly recommend them!

We experienced great customer service when we initially went into their store in Valley Junctions. After that it was pretty hands off, which surprised me, but everything turned out great. We had everything we needed and it looked wonderful.

Beyond Elegance had exactly what I needed for my wedding. I went in looking for linens and ended up renting linens and chargers (because the ones I previously wanted didn't meet my expectations. They price matched, which was even better. Drop off and pick up was super easy - I would definitely work with them again in the future!

Beyond Elegance is awesome to work with. I rented tables, chairs and linens for my daughter's pool side tea party baby shower. The rental, delivery and pickup process was very easy and their products were in excellent condition. I highly recommend using Beyond Elegance for your party rentals.

Items arrived as described, especially after a short notice order. Due to the ice storms, we werent sure if the items would arrive on time for my event, but Diana stayed in touch with me every step of the way and ensured everything made it on time. Easy to follow directions for returns as well. Even though they are very far away from where my business is located, their pricing and customer service ensure that I will definitely use them again!
