Custom Jewelry Design

We have a master jeweler on hand to create any custom work that you may have. Our slogan is "If you can dream it, we can make it reality". You can come in and talk to one of our expert jewelers on designing an engagement ring, making a band to fit any ring, or any style of jewelry you desire. Our jewelers are there to offer any advice that you may need.
Jewelry Appraisals

If you need an appraisal on any other jewelry, the charge is $40.00 for the first item and an additional $10 per piece thereafter. If you would like a verbal appraisal on any jewelry that you may have, bring it in to one of our locations and the jeweler will give you an educated estimate on what the value of each piece of jewelry may be.
Jewelry & Watch Repair

We offer repair services for almost any jewelry that you bring in. When you bring in a piece of jewelry for repair, we will give you an educated estimate on the price to repair each piece. Repairs can take an estimated time of 7-10 business days, however we do offer a Rush Job option where an extra fee will apply.
Layaways & Financing

For more questions about our layaway program, please feel free to call any of our stores or you can send an email to kennedy@roussels.com. We do not offer in-house financing, however we work very closely with a few Financing companies that we can connect you with! We will try our best to make the process as easy as possible for you.
