This company came highly recommended to me, and had good reviews online. Had a tech come out to look at my refrigerator recently, and was extremely disappointed! Basically was here for less than 10 minutes, didnt take my fridge apart or anything, not even sure what he did if anything, but was on the phone half the time, and then basically told me my 3 year old fridge was unrepairable (the parts to fix it would cost almost as much as a new refrigerator would). I was upset about the diagnosis and a friend recommend I unplug and defrost the unit. So we did that and now its working perfectly

Borden Appliance is amazing........Andrew came out at the end of January because my oven was on the blink, (the element was not working). My daughter scheduled an appointment because she is usually the one who does the cooking in the house. All I can say is that I have worked with Borden Appliance a couple years ago and each time they come out… they are always fair and honest and very polite and Andrew definitely is all of those things. He was promptly on time and was able to fix my oven for a very decent price and was able to explain what exactly happened to the element and showed me where
